The customer portal license opens some FastService features to your customers. A customer can open a ticket, see the progress of the tickets already opened or in the works, and post messages. With the Customer Portal license, the assistance request is extended beyond normal business hours because customers can open the requests at any hour of the day
FILE UPLOAD EXTENSION
In FastService the total space available for file attachments is 10 GB. This dimension can be extended with additional packages of 10 GB each.

Chatbox is a product that allows you to enter a live chat service in web applications. With the use of chatbox within FastService you create a simple and immediate communication channel. Your customers can start chatting to quickly receive assistance on their own ticket. Chatbox is a product that requires the presence of Microsoft Skype for Business in your it eco-system.
Spare parts PRO
When the parts managed in a ticket every year are more than a thousand, the inclusion of the data necessary to manage them in the ticket can be heavy. In these cases the PRO Parts package automates and speeds up activities through integration (it requires some customization to connect to data sources) of FastService with spare parts management in the company warehouse. The versions of the package are:
SPARE PARTS PRO-START (APP + BARCODE READER)
The PRO-START package allows , through the installation of the APP PARTS PRO on an industrial handheld computer ( Android v4.1 operating system ) equipped with barcode reader to automatically insert the article in FastService when it's taken from the warehouse .
SPARE PARTS PRO-CONNECT (APP + BARCODE READER + BARCODE PRINTER + CONNECT API)
The PRO-Connect package adds to the START package the integration with an ERP system for the parts management. NOTE: the Connect-API require a custom software development activity, for the integration of Fastservice with the ERP system, this activity is quantified on request.
